CCXXIV. MOZART, Wolfgang Amadeus (1756-1791)
Simple and unpretentous, it is not known if Mozart wrote these for basset horns or natural horn, as here. In any case, they've been arranged for many combinations of duos over the years.
He wrote them for the horn virtuoso Ignace Leitgeb, while waiting their turn to bowl!
