Haydn was prolific and after his reprimand (see above), he churned out these trios for his employer at an amazing rate.

However, just looking at this baryton part (copied contemporaneously), one can easily discern his genius in the way he spun out these (relatively) simple works:

For example, we start with a theme and variations, which get increasingly more imaginative; then a delightful minuet and trio, followed by an exciting Presto. It is interesting to see the copyist's work, as well:
