First Movement

Opening with a forceful I-V-I cadence, the piano then introduces a familiar rising melody line:






















The development opens with the piano on the dominant and the violin then enters back on the tonic.






















Second movement

A lovely cantabile movement. The two instruments weave in and out, and Mozart keeps things moving by introducing 16th-note triplets:
