"The sound planes from which Saygun builds up a musical architecture of motion develop various forms and tendencies: tone spirals undergoing acceleration, tone clouds coming closer in the listening picture, colliding, and then again moving off into the distance, transparent structures, dialogues consisting of short sentences or of longer lines of thought questioned by short inserts.
